with Behr Redstain to add protection from the hot Texas sun. We
have 4 children ages 2-12, and they along with their friends and
other kids from the neighborhood here absolutely love this thing
to death.

Jeff: Swingset got here; took 2 daughters & 1 son-in-law
about 3 hours to put it together. Everything fit perfectly,
all holes aligned, & all parts were there. A wonderful
experience in this day of mediocre products. Grandkids
were playing on it by 1:00.
The assembly was done by my dad, father-in-law and of course me. We
started at 9am and completed at 3pm. This included a long lunch and
me clearing away some sod where the tower is sitting on. From horror
stories I have heard from friends on the assembly of these things I
cannot help but to laugh a little thinking about the ease we had. I
can only attribute this to of course our ability to follow instructions,
but more so the clear directions and superior product your company produces.
So much for the technical aspect of the swing set. When
my daughter first saw she nearly passed out with happiness. She
calls it "Isabella's Park".....and is on it very often. We
love it because it is great for her to be outside all the time, good
exercise and of course it tires her out :-)..
Once again a big thanks to KidsCreations for an excellent product and
wonderful customer service we have received to date. Look forward
to a continued relationship as the kids grow and swing set requirements are
changing.

Just wanted to tell you that I put together the swing set this weekend. Took
less than 4 hours and it is fantastic. Not only did all the parts fit
together perfectly but the quality is excellent.
This is the second swing set I have put together (the first one was from
Toys R Us). There is no comparison in terms of quality and the
other swing set took nearly 4 days to put up versus 4 hours for this one.

I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with your company and

The website ordering experience, and design tool was so easy to use. And
it really was a great feeling to design the swingset, and then build it myself.
The lumber and equipment showed up on time, and was in great shape. Everything
was pre-drilled, marked, and the instructions were great and easy to understand
and follow.
Lastly, after I built the swingset online, I hit "call to order" and
a rep called me almost immediately with my order in hand. She said it would
take up to XX weeks to deliver, and I said I needed it for my daughters birthday.
She promised delivery by that date and sure enough it showed up on time.
Great company, great people, and great product, you should be very proud.

I flew my dad out to help me put it together as well as get some quality father/daughter
time. I wanted to pass on that even with an uneven backyard we still managed
to get all the bolts in and get it level in

Kid's Creations is simply built to last! As you know from speaking with
us, we have six children at home ranging from 2 to 15 years old?.. and they
all love it! If you remember, our 2 yea old, Zoe, has a genetic, life-shortening
disease called Cystic Fibrosis. We have to really keep her healthy.
We originally started out looking for something that she would love to do
outside so she could get some regular exercise and enjoyment. Jeff, she is
crazy about the playset! She would
actually ask us several times everyday when it would finally arrive to us.
Delivery was actually pleasingly quick from the time of order. She was
ecstatic when the truck pulled up and we told her that her playset was here!
In addition, we bought approximately 4,000 pounds of rubber mulch to accompany
it. Obviously, the rubber is very durable and does not deteriorate nor does
it harbor a lot of bacteria etc. which is extremely important when it comes
to Zoe?s health and longevity, not to mention the others as well.
The directions were very clear and easy to follow! I loved the numbering
system for the parts. It made the building and installation a snap! I think
it took myself and one of the other kids about 5 to 6 hours total to construct
the unit. not bad at all!

Our kids have had the summer to play on the new swingset. I can honestly
say that they along with the rest of the neighborhood kids just LOVE
it!!! It is so sturdy that even the adults can play with the kids
on the swingset as well. You may have noticed several other sales

I did quite an extensive search for a durable, not to mention quality

just thought I'd send a picture of the new Kid's Creations playset that I recently
built for our 2-and-a-half year-old son. He loves it! (And so does his 12-year-old
babysitter!) The directions were good (though I had to search a little to figure
out how to assemble some of the options that we got) and it went together very
quickly. It looks great! I compared many playsets before purchasing this one.
I believe Kid's Creations quality is equal to most of the higher-priced sets

We received our Entertainer II on Monday and my husband was so impressed
with the quality of wood. We were going to have Mr. Handyman put
it together, but after looking at it, we decided to give it a try
ourselves first. I read the directions and my husband and friend
put it together in about four hours!! The kids were thrilled, and
the general adult reaction to seeing the playset is "oh, wow!" Then
they ask us where we got it from - so we are plugging you!
We are extremely impressed with the quality - it is by far the best
constructed of all the playsets I researched (and I did my homework). The
wide sturdy ladder is awesome. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!
Everytime I look at it, I pat myself on the back for picking the "right" company!

us acquire a fantastic swingset. It arrived in just a couple weeks,
just as you promised. Indeed, you helped us get it here just in time
for my husband to build it before his foot surgery. We have had it
a month now and are using it all the time! That includes the grown
ups. We are so impressed with how attractive and sturdy it looks
and feels! The ladder is very large and sturdy. Indeed, the entire
playset, wood and accessories, is so much higher quality than we
see in most other people's backyards. In fact, the only comparable
playsets I've seen around have price tags that are at least a thousand
dollars more. At least.
We look forward to adding on to our set in a couple years, perhaps
another level! Since we put our playset on a slope (so it can get
shade and have a nice view of the surroundings from the fort), we
had to adjust the slide and ladder as seen in the picture. My husband,
a physics teacher, and I designed the adjustments and then we called
you to buy some more wood. The shipment of extra wood arrived in
just a couple days, just in time for us to finish the playset for
my daughter's birthday. Thank you!!!! We love the bottom floored-in
level for picnics and shaded play. We leave toys out there. Each
and every attachment is used a lot by my oldest daughter, age 4.
My just turned 2 year old enjoys not only the baby swing, but also
the glider swing and the fort area, both upper level and lower level.
I enjoy the disk swing best myself! The slide is very fast! We are
so proud we took the time to research playsets and found your website.

wood is beautiful (only one knot in all of the lumber), the holes lined up
perfectly every time, and the swingset doesn't budge an inch with all of the
cross-support. My kids were on it before it was even finished they couldn't
wait. My neighbors are impressed at the beauty of the finished product, and
as a real do-it-yourselfer I'm very pleased with the quality of the product
and parts. I'd rate the instructions an 8 on a scale of 1-10 - they were easy
to use. Lastly, phone help was extremely polite, everyone knew their product,

- Of all the options I added, I would encourage your Ring Master customers
to seriously consider the one option I almost didn't add - the straight
slide. My 3, 4, and 6 year old love the long straight slide even more than
the tube slide (at least so far)
- The wood roof option was for my wife and I - beautiful isn't it?
- We stained with Olympic Maximum "Redwood Naturaltone" "wood
toner" stain available at Lowes. I recommend it.
- The ground cover is rubber chips from Permalife. Like Kids Creations,
I found them to be the best price for the best quality on the internet.

We have had our 3 ring adventure for about a year now and couldn't
be happier. My daughter was able to independently use most of the
equipment at 20 months old. It was so nice to see that she was able
to climb the steps by herself (which she was not able to do with
the Rainbow swing sets) and use the slide. We live in Maryland where
the weather can be bad in the winter, but we use the swing set 10
months out of the year! My dad and husband were able to put the swing
set together easily in about 6 hours. This was the best purchase
we made when we bought out new house and all of us are so happy with

Sorry it has taken me so long to write, but we wanted the grass to
grow in around the new play area before we took our pictures for
the contest!
We ALL want to thank you for not only the wonderful swing set, but
also all of your help getting it here. I loved that every time I
called your company I got you personally on the phone. You were really
helpful in making our choices when we purchased the big top, even
down to the colors of the swings! Our choice of the 360 tire swing
was the best. Apparently, all four year olds love to be as dizzy
as possible!
You were very patient with me and my many phone calls. You were great
in working with the shipping company to make sure it got here RIGHT
ON Jack's birthday. The few issues we had with mixed up shipments
with another family were taken care of so promptly that we weren't
delayed at all with the building of the set either.
We tried to keep track of how long it took us to build, and as far
as we can tell it was about 6 hours. However, half of that was two
people and half of it was just Jimmy by himself! Not sure how, but
he got the swing beam up all by himself. Still can't figure that
one out, but he sure was proud. Our neighbors kept saying that everyone
they knew who bought a swing set kit was kicking themselves for it,
that it was impossible to put together and took forever. We were
happy to prove them wrong by having it fully built before they got
home from work on the very same day it was delivered.
Our
neighbors all have those "other" sets that are painted and built
only with ladder rungs and two by fours. All of their kids now play in OUR
yard, because the set is so much roomier and easier to get around. We love
it also because we can get in too! When the two year old demands "c'mon
Mommy, up in the clubhouse!!", I can go right along. He can get himself
up and down your great ladder, and I can get up too with no trouble at all.
The huge size of the tent is also great for keeping the tower, ladder, climbing
wall and such all out of the sun.
All in all, I want you (and anyone else that's wondering) to know
that your company is just as good as it appears, that the product
is just as quality as it seems, and the building of the set is just
as easy (and fun, actually!) as everyone is reporting. If there's
anyone in Massachusetts that needs to get a look at one, just let
me know. We love showing it off. We're proud to tell everyone that
we got a set that's nicer than Rainbow for half the price!

was a great success, and we're recommending your product to anyone

The swingset shipped on the exact day you said it would, and arrived within
a week. I just finished assembling our swingset (a slightly modified/customized
Acrobat model), and the kids played on it all day. Total assembly time was
around 7-8 hours (with mainly just 2 people), which was probably a little longer
than most sets due to the large bridge section. The instructions were excellent,
and all of the pre-drilled boards lined up very well. I would highly recommend
your products for anyone looking to get exceptional quality at a VERY reasonable
price. I have attached a couple of pictures of the completed swingset.

P.S. We used pea stone for the swing set area, and I would highly
recommend it for anyone else who asks about a good base material.
Short of the rubber mulch, pea stone is probably the best thing you
can use (inexpensive, and very giving).

at a 4-foot elevation when I was expecting a 3-foot elevation for the side

has kids. It is a booming area with lots of new families with 3/8ths
to half acre lots that are perfect for big play sets. Since everyone

just wanted to thank you for all the help and customer service you provided
to me during the purchase and construction of the play set. I was extremely
skeptical about purchasing such an item online without being able to see it
in person or check its strength/quality. I researched dozens of different swing
set manufacturers and found many to offer similar sets as the kids creations
ones but with a much higher price tag. I searched online and off and again
no one could beat the price of kids creations. The swing set came in on Tuesday
the 21st of Dec. and we had it completed by Wed. I had one other person helping
me and it took us about 5-6 hours to have it fully completed. We did have to
deal with high winds so that added to the build time. I was completely shocked
that all the pieces fit together perfectly. There was no extra drilling required,
all holes matched up perfectly, and none of the parts were damaged. It was
almost too good to be true. If anyone out there has any doubts about kids creation
sets let me reassure you that you will be 100% satisfied with the product as
well as the service. Also if anyone in the Southern California area is interested
in seeing a set in person you are more than welcome to swing by (no pun intended)

Secondly, the playset went together extremely well. I (Todd) actually
put 80% of it up in about 4-hours with a little help from my 11,
9, and 5-year old boys...
Lastly, you and your company were very good to work with. You delivered
a good product and you delivered good customer service and you delivered
within the estimated time.
As I said in a previous e-mail, I am so glad that I did not waste
my time and efforts on the sets sold in the home centers. I've tried
that route before and was not very pleased.

Jeff, just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am (not to mention my
son) with your Three Ring Adventure playset. It arrived quickly, and best of
all, went up quickly as well. The instructions were very detailed and easy
to follow, and I assembled the entire playset (with the help of one other person)
in a day.
I was pleasantly surprised that all the pieces fit, and all the pre-drilled
holes lined up as they should. The finish of the pieces was very
nice with all edges sanded smooth and no splinters. The playset is
very sturdy as well, and allows me to swing along with my wife and
son.
I was a bit leery a first, buying a playset sight unseen over the
internet, but you were very responsive to both my phone and e-mail
questions, and my reservations disappeared. Good thing too, as I
almost spent $4,000 (before tax!) for a redwood playset from a local
dealer that did not have as many features!

we set out to find a swing set and play station I had two concerns the safety
of my daughter and how it would look in my back yard. After looking at everything
on the market we were sure you had the best product. We are so pleased with
the quality of Kids Creations. The construction is first class all of the corners
are rounded, the bolts are counter sunk, and the wood is splinter free. The
swing set and play station looks great in our back yard and best of all my
daughter loves it! She is always outside climbing and swinging. I would recommend

Folks, 
We've
been spending more time outside than inside since the playset
arrived. The extra length
on the few pieces to accomodate my sloped yard worked perfectly
as the playset is sturdy (I spend a fair amount of time in
it) and perfectly level. Also, I installed
the set myself in about 6 hours. A helper
or two would have cut that time in half easily. We are
loving the playset and thank you for all your help both in
customizing the design as noted above and helping to get it
delivered on a timely basis.

here is the final set-up for our grandchildren's set. Just finished
putting in the rubber mulch today. I would be happy
to give your company the highest recommendation for the quality
of craftsmanship, the clarity of instructions,
and the excellent support that your employees gave me the few
times that we were in contact.

would like you to know just how great your product is!!! We spent
around a year shopping the internet and our local area for a qtuality
swing set for our five year old son. Your product more than lives
up to its' billing, first the quality of the wood and
the construction are of the best we could find, forget the price,
your product still stands out better than products three times
as much. My younger brother and I spent just
under three hours putting the swing set together with a neighbor
helping out in the last half hour of the task. 
The
ease of your pre drilled holes and solid construction made it very
easy. Our neighbor mentioned that a friend of his had just
purchased a national lumber dealers kit, he had to drill all holes,
make all the measurements, and numerous cuts, and none of the wood
was rounded on the corners for children’s protection.
Rarely
in these days does it seems you get what you pay for. In this case
I got what I paid for and more! After snapping the 4x4 posts by
dropping one side of the tower, Jeff helped me so I could finish
the tower and then to my surprise overnighted the replacement posts!!
You have a great dedication to customer service and you exceeded
my expectations by turning a tragedy (in my 3 kid's eyes) to a
triumph. Thank you again for providing such an outstanding value
coupled with genuine customer service.
